Flipkart.com has a 30 day cancellation/return policy. Hence the user who have ordered product via our special search bar or the given link may also cancel the order or may returned within 30 days of ordering.
To give you more clarity on the ‘Status’ of the products purchased from Flipkart have divided them into the below mentioned 3 groups:
Approved Products: Products which were ordered through special search bar or our special link, and have not been returned by the customer within the stipulated 30 day return period. Hence, you would definitely
receive payments for this.
Pending Products: Products which were ordered through our special search bar or our special link, in the last 30 days (these can still be returned by the customer). These products would shift to the “Approved Products” list if they are not returned within the stipulated period
Cancelled Products: Products which were ordered special search bar or our special link, but were cancelled by the customer within 30 days as per return policy. For these products, you would not be eligible
for free gifts or free recharge
**Disapproved Products: Products which were ordered through our special search bar or our special link and got delivered to the Customer. However, you shall not receive gifts or free recharge for these products. For any questions regarding these, please contact us.
